14 Jan Workout

Workout #1
     Strictly Strength, first time trying this class at lifetime. Awesome class, really enjoyed it.

Workout #2
     Stretch
     3 mile run (10, 9, 8)
     20xSquat to press to tricep extension and calf raise with 45lb plate
