Workout #1
750m Swim
I had just started making progress on my swim, could do 500m non-stop, but decided to add bilateral breathing before I get to set in my swim. So, it is back to 25s again, oh well.
I stumbled upon a good exercise for the pool, keeping legs straight, toes and head above water, tread water for 1 minute.
NOTE: Could be my imaganation, but swimming always seems to make clothes feel looser.
Workout #2
10 Min stretch (including the 2 following)
Samson Stretch
Swedish Ball Back Stretch
1 Mile Warm Up Run
5 Sets of (for time):
20 Squat Jumps
20 Calf Raises
1 Min Plank Hold
20 Diamond Push Ups (first finger to first finger, and thumb to thumb)
20 Full Crunches
